SIFE Laurier competes in a Regional and National competition every year based on certain criteria.
Regional Competition in Toronto
At the Regional Competition, SIFE Laurier took home first runner- up for Financial Literacy through our programs: Seeds 4 Harvest and Money Matters!
Honourable mention for presenting in the category of Entrepreneurship for Bridging the Gap, Entrepreneurs in Action and Venture Consulting.
As well, fantastic job in the competition in the category of Sustainability for our new Environomics program.
We would like to congratulate the presentors and all of the program managers for a job well done!
National Competition in Calgary, ALBERTA!
Good luck to our presenting team of six who will be representing Wilfrid Laurier this May 10th - 14th, 2010 by presenting all of the SIFE programs that were implemented this year, new and old.
This is the first time the National Competition is not in Toronto, Ontario, and we will be sending a support team of 9 to gain the experience and insight!
